Ponce, Rafael

1846-1915

Came to the United States in 1858 from Mexico. He and his wife Maximina lived on Railroad Ave. in 1887. Both died of Bronchitis, Rafael in 1915 and his wife in 1917.   He worked as a quarryman and played in the local orchestra, and used his  talents to play the drum with the band.
